Recovering Switch Password
-----------------------------------Power on the switch by holding the mode button
you will see
flash_init
load_helper
boot
Then Write
Switch:flash_init
switch:load_helper
switch:dir flash:
delete a file by the name of config.text
switch:delete flash:config.text
switch:boot
!your switch will load without configurations
copy the configuraton file to the switch
change the passwords and save the configurations.
copy flash:config.text running-config
